Delivery
You can place your order online, by telephone: 01604 696030 or in person at our shop in Northamptonshire. Orders will usually be dispatched Wednesday to Friday. Week-end orders are welcome and will be dispatched on Monday morning.
If a mask is temporarily out of stock we will contact you. Payments are taken on the day of dispatch. The website only shows our current stocks (unless it has literally just sold out or it is clearly stated that they are made to order only) Hundreds of other masks are available and can be ordered for you so if you can't see what you want please ask. New masks arrive from Venice every few weeks and we have a large display in the shop.
£3.95 standard 1st class delivery - via the Royal Mail usually delivers your order within 1-2 working ~ this can take longer during busy postal periods. This service will be automatically applied to your order.
£7.50 special delivery - guarantees next working day delivery, before 1pm. Please request this service by e-mail or phone call after you have ordered - we will change your order form manually and confirm new total.
£9.50 saturday delivery - guarantees Saturday delivery, before 1pm. Please request this service by e-mail or phone call after you have ordered - we will change your order form manually and confirm new total.
We can deliver to your home or work address - which ever is convenient for you (If we need your card billing address at any point we will contact you) A signature for proof of receipt is required for all of our deliveries. If there is nobody to sign for the delivery you should be left a card asking you to collect from your local Royal Mail delivery office or ask them to arrange a re-delivery.
Delivery Overseas
Goods will be dispatched via Airmail using the Royal Mail Airsure Delivery Service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery - goods must be signed for on receipt:
shipping cost to Europe = £9.50, shipping cost to rest of world = £15.50
We will change your order form manually and confirm new total before dispatch
Royal Mail quote delivery in working days only and do not guarantee Saturday delivery. A signature for proof of receipt is required upon delivery in UK or, if this is not obtained, a card will be left for you to arrange collection from your local delivery office or to arrange re-delivery. Terrigena operate Wednesday through to Sunday (closed Monday & Tuesday) so orders are dispatched either Monday 9am or Wednesday to Friday 4pm. Up to 5 masks will usually fit into one box, less for larger items. If a mask is temporarily out of stock delivery may take longer depending on availability. Customers will be contacted by 'phone or e-mail if delays or problems are encountered. Payment is processed on dispatch of goods.
