Returns Policy

When you purchase from a distance on-line or by e-mail (without having seen the goods at all) you have a statutory right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the delivery date when you can return the goods to us. You can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding the delivery cost).

The item must be returned to us safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc. We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee, based on the total cost of returned goods, when we process any such refund.

Alternatively, if you wish to have the return items collected by us we will be happy to provide a quote. Any item showing signs of damage wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us. Please note: the cooling off return period does not apply to goods purchased via our shops or showrooms or after having viewed the goods already.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. We do not offer a 'try before you buy' service and reserve the right not to supply goods and to cancel an order if it is understood that it is the intention of the customer to return items in the order.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods damaged due to incorrect handling or storage or due to any misuse by the customer.
